My most recent project was as group construction manager for TLC Modular (Singapore/Vietnam JV) contract role 12 Months, overseeing NZ works and development in Australia. The role enabled me to take the project from civil to rooftop with a focus on structural integrity and design compliance of a new system in difficult build location. Construction of a 48 Hotel Room over 4 levels of a modular pre-fabricated design. The modules require the creation of the steel podium in stage 1 including excavation, footings, Ground Floor slab, services and miscellaneous works. The ground floor will be a Hotel Reception & Retail Space. The initial works are formally design compliance for modular construction & off site works: Second stage was delivery of a compliant constructed Building to NZ Seismic Standards anddetailed as-built & documented within approved drawings.

Also manageed various stages of development and delivery on projects for Made Establisiment venues including Press Club, Gazi, Hellenic Replic and Jimmy Grantz, and other Colonial Leisure Group entities, including Portsea Hotel, Albert Park Hotel, Raffles, Print Hall and Bimbo Deluxe & Penny Black.
